Cafeteria We will discuss livestock show details and hand out homemaking containers and parking passes ************************************************ IMPORTANT INFO FOR JR. MEMBERS & THEIR PARENTS Please come by the Ag Dept. to pick up Eligibility Vouchers to take to your elementary and middle school campuses. An email will be sent to the Principal of each campus to let them know you are coming. Please bring the completed and signed Eligibility Voucher to the FFA Meeting on the 12th. ************************************************************** ALL EXHIBITORS : Please remember to purchase supplies and equipment that you think you will need for the show. The limited number of vendors we have in our area will soon run out because of the demand for merchandise this time of year. Examples may include: Portable feed pans, water buckets, buckets or containers with a lid to keep your feed in, muzzles, neck ties (for cattle projects), brushes, combs, livestock covers/coats (lambs and goats), rope halters, show halter (cattle projects), pig sticks, spray bottles, water hoses, and maybe a pack of tie wraps and zip ties. ************************************************************* CLIPPING & SHEARING SCHEDULE: Due to the 1/2 day release on Friday the 13th, We will start clipping Pigs at 2:00pm on Friday. Those that want to start early, please let us know so we can put you on the schedule. We will also have the schedule at the FFA Meeting for those who want to select a time slot thats available. We will clip pigs until we get them all done on Friday. Lambs & Goats can be done on Saturday. Cattle can be done on Saturday as well. If you want to do your animal on your own or you have your own clippers, please let us know so we can take you off the list of those that need to be clipped. ************************************************************* - -PLEASE READ - - NEW PROCEDURE for Those Who Are Planning to Show an Animal Project next year for the 2013 Livestock Show.
